Booking

You can book an appointment online through our booking system. Select your preferred service, therapist, date, and time. A reservation fee is required to confirm your booking.

Yes! You can select your preferred therapist when booking. If your preferred therapist is not available, we can suggest alternatives.

Go to Book Appointment, choose a service, select a therapist, pick a date/time, and confirm. You will receive a booking reference and updates via email.

Yes. If you do not select a therapist, the system will assign an available therapist based on your selected date and time.

Go to your Customer Dashboard > My Bookings, select the booking, and request a reschedule. Our team will confirm availability.
Services

We offer a variety of services including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness packages. Check our services page for detailed descriptions.

We provide towels and robes for your comfort. You can wear comfortable clothing or use the provided amenities.

Walk-ins are accepted depending on availability, but online booking is recommended to secure your slot.

Yes. You can select a therapist during booking. If unavailable, the system will suggest alternatives.
Payment

We accept GCash for online payments, as well as cash and card payments at the spa. A reservation fee is required when booking online.

The reservation fee is a partial payment to secure your appointment. It will be deducted from your final total.

You can pay the reservation fee online by uploading proof of payment. Admin will verify within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation.

After the reservation fee is verified, you may pay the remaining balance online or onsite. Onsite payments are handled by the receptionist.

Your payment proof is under verification. You will receive an email once the admin validates the payment.

During onsite payment, the receptionist can add extra services or products (e.g., aroma oil, scrub) and these are added to your final total.

Yes. A digital receipt is emailed to you (and the therapist if assigned). You can also request a printed copy onsite.

You upload proof of payment, and the admin reviews it. Once approved, your booking is confirmed and your status updates.

We accept GCash, bank transfer, and cash/card onsite. Available options may vary depending on your booking status.

You will receive an email with the reason. You can submit a new proof of payment or contact support.
Loyalty

You earn loyalty points for every peso spent. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future services. Points expire after 365 days.

You earn points for each paid service. Points can be redeemed for discounts in the loyalty rewards section.

Go to your Loyalty Points page, choose an available reward, and apply it during payment or your next booking.

Yes, loyalty points may expire based on the system setting. Check your dashboard for your points status.
Policies

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.
General

Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be purchased online or at the spa. They make perfect gifts for special occasions.
